DebenTech is led by two experienced consultants who combine deep technical know-how with a clear, collaborative approach. When you work with us, you deal directly with the people designing your solution.

With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and networking, Sam brings a wealth of technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to every project. His background spans systems administration, engineering, and IP networking, and he's worked internationally as a subject matter expert representing UK cybersecurity and telecoms through Innovate UK.
Sam is an Expert Fellow with the SPRITE+ Security Working Group, a Cybersecurity Consultant to Innovate UK, and a Steering Group Member for the East of England Cyber Local Programme.
He holds several industry-recognised qualifications, including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), MikroTik Certified Network Associate, and a Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) from the British Computer Society. He also has a BSc in Software Engineering.

Dan is a network test and automation engineer with over 15 years of experience designing, testing, and streamlining complex network systems. His expertise spans a broad range of technologies, including fibre and copper cabling, routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and platforms like Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and Zabbix.He is also highly proficient in automation and scripting with Python, helping teams reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and improve reliability.
Dan’s approach is rooted in clarity and simplicity. He believes that the best solutions are not only technically sound, but easy to understand and genuinely effective. Whether building systems from scratch or resolving persistent issues, Dan is focused on delivering practical outcomes and long-term value.
